Electricity
Electricity at Sofi Lakes is served through Constellation Energy, which offers exclusive supply plans for residents — with benefits not available to the general public.
Natural Gas
Natural gas service is provided by SiEnergy. Start service in your name before you move in — see typical rates and connection fees below.
Water, Sewer & Trash
Water, wastewater (sewer), and trash service at Sofi Lakes are all provided by Si Environmental. Set up service in your name around closing.
Internet & Cable
Every Sofi Lakes home comes with an Xfinity Gateway built right in — sign up for Xfinity Internet and get online without waiting for an installation appointment.
Community Association
The Sofi Lakes Residential Association is managed by Unity Grid Management. Reach out with questions about HOA dues, community guidelines, amenities, and access.
